Can Tsunade tank Kirin?

Yes she can. She has Byakugou + Katsuyu, which, I repet myself over and over, is the animal summon that can take high levels of damage. Only a small Katsuyu survived Naruto's corrosive chakra and tanked a full Shinra Tensei.

I'd say no cuz she can't survive a jutsu of that level........only if she does then can she regenerate.....but incase of kirin she'd be dead before she knows it

Dont think so wouldnt that blow her into tiny little pieces? Her self healing isnt that fast however its interesting bringing up the 3rd Raikage like durability

Possible but until her Byakagou full extent is shown im sceptical

She most likely can, her healing and regeneration abilities are far superior than anyone else in the series. Plus with the addition of Katsuyu softens the blow.
