I doubt it, there is a certain extent that Tsunade can regenerate. She hasn't regenerated from such a concentrated attack such as kirin so I doubt it. Even if Tsunade can, she will run low on chakra because an attack like that would force her to regenerate trillions of cells in a few seconds.

IMO she can. I'm a bit iffy on her tanking it solo but it is possible. With Katsuya then she got this, that slug is one hell of a shield.
