When i read a post of someone claiming a character can break Tsukuyomi using partner method, is where i know that person doesnt know what he is talking about.

Amaterasu can be countered with regeneration.
She can heal herself from the Tsukuyomi. Her willpower is strong.
She has more chakra then Itachi has.

But still, Itachi beats her with the Totsuka blade.

I doubt Tsunade could break Yata shield.
She's got nothing to protect herself from amaterasu
