I say it can either way. I see people saying that she will break all of her bones with her strength but that is if she hits him. He is a very agile while he was sick. He was able to defeat hundreds of Kyubi enhanced clones of Naruto with out getting hit. These are the say clones that blitzed Haku and where faster than neji. He (Kimimaro) was also able to dodge rock lee. And this is unhealthy Kimmimaro whose body was not suppose to move. He moved on will power. Image if he is healthy.

ON the other hand Tusande can regen most if not all of her wounds( unless he stabs her in the head. So it comes down to who runs out of steam first. I know Tsunade has way more but Kimmimaro does have CM lvl 2 and most of his attacks are taijutsus which means he will not be use as much chakra as Tsunade will healing. Also he was able to fight 100s of narutos, rock lee and garra, without tiring, WHILE kabuto said he should not even be moving. Then he was buried under 100 or so meters of sand and was still able to use his best tech. Imagine when he is healthy.

Also he was hit by a Rasenshuriken and the SA failed to seal him, so he does have some endurance feats meaning Im pretty sure he can take at least 1 or 2 of her punches

To me it comes down to this either he gets tried and tusande is able ot land a hit on him or he figures out that his attacks dont work and aims for the head.

I pick KImmimaro EXTREME DIFF due to:
-him being better at taijutsu which is all tusande has shown
-He is somewhat analytical, seeing as he did figure out garras gourd, so he should be able to tell that she heals and probably goes for the head.
- It will take more than 1 punch to take him out

Like I said its pretty close but i give it to Kimmimaro. I can see Tsuande wining but if i was a betting man, I would pick Kimmimaro

You're majorly underestimating Tsunade's speed feats. Even Tsunade's reaction feats are better than those of Kimimaro's. Keep burying your head in the sand.

Without ninjutsu, nobody other than 7th/8th Gate Guy can kill Kimimaro. Maybe 6th. Also maybe the Raikages can. Which means Tsunade might be able to. I don't see it happening though...

I agree. All she has is strength and Healing. He easily brushed off hits from physical attacks during his fights, unless she has poison before he activates bones, Id say Kimimaro takes mid diff.

Kimimaro, when he was sick was amazing, soloing the two strongest genins in part 1, without getting tired and shattered... he done it all on his freewill, which was so amazing... I can't imagine a healthy one... not to mention, he was only 15... it's such a shame he had to die. OT: Kimimaro mid diff at most.

. What's stopping Tsunade from punching that spear, destroying it, and breaking Kimimaru's arm? It doesn't matter if Kimimaru was sick or not, that wouldn't affect his jutsus, only any side effect dealt to him like Itachi's illness was eating away at his health and his MS jutsu side effects were worst than what Sasuke ever felt.

A healthy Kimimaru would more likely have better stats than sick Kimimaru but sick Kimimaru was being handled by a Chunin level Gaara who barely used his Bijuu's power (only used some power for the shield). Tsunade is still overall a Kage level ninja with better close combat skills than Kimimaru and have the power to break his bones which he uses mainly for his attack and defense. Using her seal will only increase her strength even more as seen when Sakura used her seal against the mini Juubi.

No he doesn't. Kiminaro's thickest weapon was broken by Pt. 1 Gaara and he was a kid. Tsunade would destroy any of Kiminaro's bones and she tanks his attacks. Even Pt. 1 Gaara and Lee made him go curse mark yet Kiminaro stomps. I guess people are too biased against Tsunade.
