Why do you underestimate Tsunade so much. I think Kimimaro took medicine while he was sick so his fighting abilities were fine(I think). Doesn't matter Tsunade shatters all of Kiminaro's fodder bones and byakugo heals her. Plus she can summon her slug which has the acid. So she beats him.
