TSB isn't restricted to erasing jutsu, the visual effect makes it seem that way because it was negating physical elements, but Onmyoudon works on all ninjutsu, if Kamui is used on it then TSB should normally resist the space around it being bent, but asspull made it so Obito stands a chance against 15 year olds.
TSB, PS, Juken, these are all absolute defence which at the highest level cannot be affected by any ninjutsu, if the opposite happens it's because of plot device, by manga facts we have on chakra and jutsu, abilities like Kamui and Deva should not work at all.

Why shouldnt it work? Omnyoudon + TSB = Ninjutsu. Can be Absorbed by Preta.
