Shinra tensei get's negated. Shinra tensei is made up of five nature transformations and yin-yang nature. TSB can erase every thing which contains chakra like it erased the edo tensei bodies who're souls but yet got erased because they contained chakra despite having an immortal body and unlimited chakra. Kamui is the mental energy of kakashi's eye, the difference is it does not contain chakra just like ino's mind transfer is a packet of mental energy shot at the target. That's why the data book says kamui has to comcentrate the mind on the target(focusing mental energy).

Shinra tensei contains elemental transformations which are natures of chakra so of course it contains chakra, but not made of chakra. TSB contains kekkei genkais so yes they're greater than basic elements and equal to yinyang in position and power so Shinra Tensei gets negated.

TSB itself doesn't erase Ninjutsu, the Yin-Yang Release applied to it does. It couldn't erase erase space-time (Hirashin/Kamui). Shinra Tensei is a magnetic force so it will push away TSB.

Shinra tensei is not a magnetic force, it is a shinra obiki manipulating jutsu according to databook, it has 5 nature transformations and yin-yang release. TSB has all kekkei genkai and nature releases, so it'll of course eradicate shinra tensei. It doesn't have to necessarily chakra, it just has to have any of the nature releases which are trumped by the kekkei genkai and nature five releases of TSB.

Shinra tensei = Yin-yang + Fire + water + wind + earth + lightning release merged together and controlled as a repulsive force. According to databook. So TSB having the greater elements is of course capable of eradicating it. It's not normal gravity.
