Totsuka cannot pierce a dimensional rift. And since Kamui isn't an actual attack but actually a dimensional rift, it cannot block, since all ATTACKS are useless. lol Kamui solo both weapon -neg comfortable diff

Actually kamui can't solo anything. Totsuka and Yata are etheral weapons they exist in a completely different realm of reality. Kamui is bounded by dimensions why the etheral weapons aren't. Even if they were to be kamui'd (which they can't). They only need to be resummoned.

The reason they can't is because Yata deflects all forms of attacks. Anything that can put someone in harm is an attack. If Itachi is defending himself against Kamui and has the Yata Mirror up. the attack or teleportation will simply cancel out because of the way the shield works.

And Kamui can go to any demenion as manga has proven, lol.

The laws of yata don't precieve dimensional rifts as an form of attack because it isn't anything it can relate to unlike the 5 basic elements. This is false, we all know that kamui uses chakra. If Totsuka hits the point where all the chakra is going, it can not only follow through with the sealing of the user, but can potentially close the rift to the other dimension. That being said the mirror would deflect the jutsu also and possibly revet it back to the user.

Totsuka and Yata are confirmed spirit weapons. Where do you think they come from? Dimensional rifts can't hold them because they will just go back to the user much like the same they got to him before. and no the kamui can't go to any dimension, that only happened because Obito was already dead but that's almost the same thing. We already saw how kamui was limited to one dimension to the living. Yata was never bounded to any elements, quit reading the wiki. Pick up the databook to learn how the shield works. It will defend from any attack and yes falling off a cliff would be considered one given that the cliff will harm you. It's a shield not rocket science.
