So funny thing happend

I was talking to a classmate of mine

Well kind of a best friend

Iv knwn her for like 4 years

So we usually talk like very close, like sending heart emojis and saying "love u" or something like tht
So one day after a convers i said the L word and she said it back...but we also used bad words tht time like "i Fkin love mortal kombat"(yes she plays Mortal Kombat)

I went to bed and the next day my dad came to my room and said to sit down
He sat down too

And he said this

"A friend of mine works at the ISP and he was scanning convers and came across mine and he tracked my ip and knew it was me,so he said to come and i saw the convers..u rly used bad words"

He was pretty mad and said he felt a headache reading the convers

I believed it was BS

Because my dad doesnt always speak the truth

And i have ticked "remember me" on mozilla browser facebook in the public PC in my parents room...meaning if u go to facebook it will immediately open frm my accnt

So he might have seen from the PC too and didnt want to tell cause he wants to see my convers everyday
So i changed pass lol
But again what if hes true???
Do u think the ISP can??

No.

Your ISP can see what sites you visit and whatnot, but it can't read your FB convos. Facebook like many other sites has SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer) which means the data sent between your PC and the Facebook server is encrypted.

Ah so my dad lied and he actually read the convers from the PC

Your dad is a liar and you made a mistake by using the remember me option
Yep now i know

I should untick the remember me button

In this country here it is very strict and no im 20
Can I ask you a question about this certain words being offensive thing? And let me preface by I mean no disrespect I just never understood the concept, it seems like you grew up with it so maybe you can share a different perspective. Why is one word in the same sentence and context allowed but the other is thought as lower? For example if someone said "Oh crap I dropped my ice cream" why is that better than "Oh shit, I dropped my ice cream" or Oh dang, Oh damn, Oh man, etc. etc. They all mean the same thing so what difference is it which word is there. The whole idea has always just seemed silly to me why we give any more authority or impact to any 1 word when we created them all anyway. If we created a word that wasn't going to be allowed/supposed to be used then why was it invented in the first place. What is the difference in changing words or adding bleep censor sounds if the context is intact? It seems like a foolish errand and a trivial matter to rile ones self about. They're all just words, they only have the significance which you allow them to have.

I am not sure too i think its basically because in the past the word is usually used against people and by gangs and criminals???IDK

Or it is the fact that how it sounds make it more offensive to people most likely

How one expresses oneself is part of their personality and grooming. Parents want their kids to learn more refined vocabulary so that they know that they are learning something from the education they are investing so much in. After hours of efforts put in teaching and looking after their kids along with hard earned money being paid for various skills and tutions, the don't want them to be mistaken for some one whose parents neglected them nor to see their kids failing at it.
