Can speed beat Rinnegan user? Is it possible?

Gai speed blitzed Madara with Night Gai. Now you give some character with speed a huge multitude of times
greater than Gai during 8 Gates. Even if Sasuke's reaction is > Madara's, it's certainly not as much greater
as this character's speed is compared to Gai's.

Besides, the huge speed creates so much force that if Sasuke summoned PS or used deva path, this guy
would plow straight through it. But anyways, there's no chance of Sasuke being able to do anything before being literally
destroyed as the force of such a punch would also create massive heat like a nuclear explosion to the face.

Yes he would, because he has the same speed as Sasuke.

You gave him FTG speed with no limits so with that kind of speed and sturdiness, Sasuke would lose.

Ay and Gai were suckered, Ay has the speed near instant if it's close range in V2 and the power of a bijuu which is not weak. Gai was in his max form of his gates and they made it look weak because he was going up against a some what immortal JJ. Without the script of JJ being immortal then I'd say.....Yes speed could beat a Rinnegan user.

Guy on my user name can stomp Sasuke and he is not even that fast.

DB characters, part one world tournament, were moving close to light speed. So yes, they could win. What we're not taking into account is reaction speed. Sheer speed and reaction speed are two different things. Dragonball trumps and dragonball z stomps.

Rinnegan eyes sure have Overpower abilities but super speed can put that eye into disadvantage situation unless Sasuke have the same speed or above the speed of my character in the OP. But I think it still not easy as Deva Path power(CT, ST, BT) need a concentration to perform and if the opponent is to fast for the eyes, no way Sasuke can use Deva Path power on him effectively. Also animal path is useless here, Preta Path also is useless.

But what if manga following the rule/law of speed of light entirely and never botch it, can the character I stated in OP win by speed alone?

We don't know what Sasuke's animal path or Deva paths are and we can't speculate what we have not seen.


ST and BT are all shown by Nagato only, so we can't just handout abilities that we have not seen him using before.

Even after the movie, known of these techniques were shown. Momonoski and his rinnegan used different variations of techniques besides absorbing and repelling. But no Shrina tensei or Banshou tenin like Nagato.
