Can speed beat Rinnegan user? Is it possible?

When we put DBZ verse and NV for battle, majority will chose DBZ characters to win most of the time. The reasons were because DBZ characters not just powerful but Fast also.

And inside NV team we got Sasuke, a rinnegan user.


OK let say If NV have speed base character that on par with DBZ character in speed department and better than Minato at it without using any FTG. This character is LS(light speed) level in Close combat speed, reaction speed, travel speed and attack speed. He can travel around the planet the same size of our earth around 7 times in a second. Beside speed he also a Taijutsu master and kenjutsu master. Have strong/high body durability(Mountain to small city level). Master at defeating his opponents by targeting their body weak points/pressure points and kill them when they unconscious.

Can this speed base character beat Rinnegan Sasuke(Adult)?

Remember LS movement in small distances can looks like an instantaneous movement in front of our naked eyes. Light can travel earth 7 times in a second

Uhh man I'm not even sure you know how fast light speed is. It's roughly 300.000.000 m/s (299792458 m/s). It's impossible to react or do anything so yeah, The One with LS wins easily.
A punch from someone with light speed is immeasurable in force, it's basically infinite. And while I'm at it, something with mass cannot obtain the speed of light, under any circumstances...They can only get so close to it, but not exactly as fast.

DB characters, part one world tournament, were moving close to light speed. So yes, they could win. What we're not taking into account is reaction speed. Sheer speed and reaction speed are two different things. Dragonball trumps and dragonball z stomps.

Ay and Gai were suckered, Ay has the speed near instant if it's close range in V2 and the power of a bijuu which is not weak. Gai was in his max form of his gates and they made it look weak because he was going up against a some what immortal JJ. Without the script of JJ being immortal then I'd say.....Yes speed could beat a Rinnegan user.

You gave him FTG speed with no limits so with that kind of speed and sturdiness, Sasuke would lose.
