Obito is an exception but not Itachi. As long as I know Bee broke the Genjutsu whereas Yagura was under Obito's command for extended period U_U

There is no proof that Rinnegan > Tsukuyomi. As far as I know the Rinnegan never helped someone break out of a Genjutsu.

Unless you're an Uchiha, I don't see Rinnegan breaking out of Tsukuyomi.

There's no such thing as a genjutsu you can't break out of except KA - which has a 10 year cooldown due to it being op.

Tsukuyomi is an ocular technique and doujutsus see through such techniques. The MS, EMS and Rinnegan should see through it.

Furthermore, the Rinnegan is actually Izuna's eyes upgraded, so they still have Uchiha DNA in them.

How do you know that that is Tsukuyomi? It never has been stated that the Genjutsu Sasuke used on Bee is Tsukuyomi.

Sasuke held his eye in pain and normal genjutsu isn't enough to make Bee pass out. Itachi's only stunned him.

And no. Itachi's Genjutsu > Sasuke's Genjutsu.

Agreed. Itachi can alter time and deal more damage, but the jutsu is the same at its core.
