tobirama as it stands is jonin level.
sasuke and itachi is weaker than current naruto
He already beat third raikage
Manga wise he surpassed jman with sage mode but in actuality he surpassed him when he got kcm
Senju dna oro is practically featless.
I'm mad hanzo is even on this list.

There is no proof that Rinnegan > Tsukuyomi. As far as I know the Rinnegan never helped someone break out of a Genjutsu.

How do you know that that is Tsukuyomi? It never has been stated that the Genjutsu Sasuke used on Bee is Tsukuyomi.
