With it's own url? That's not simple, every sites belongs to a server, every server cost money to maintain them healthy.

If its just for any regular site the CSS and HTML can help ya out.

i have seen some people making sites without there own server or paying for anything!!

There are plenty of free hosting services around. I doubt any exist that give you a domain though. And usually they put ads and banners and pop-ups all over your site.

i'd suggest "forumotion" if you want a regular forum style site and "wetpaint" if you just like a plane site.

lol, y dont u use devhub? its a way awesomer site making site. i used it once to make a site. i got visitors but my site was pretty crap
