Can anybody on guy team use ninjutsu or genjutsu?

Technically what Ten-ten and Neji are doing is ninjutsu. Neji can probably release basic genjutsu but I doubt he can do it. Guy can do ninjutsu but he is probably pretty terrible at it because he never uses it.

nah guy can't use ninjutsu
he already stated that he was like lee when he was young and because lee can't use ninjutsu its safe to assume that guy can't use it either

but neji uses ninjutsu
and tenten .... idk if her tool skills count as ninjutsu but she does summon them from scrolls

yes tenten does cause her scrolls are summoning scrolls which is ninjutsu

The byakugan users are dumb when you think about it.Imagine the byakugan on a guy like A or naruto, they would easily be considered overpowered (more than they are now), but the hyuuga clan is apparently to proud to develop real ninjutsu.

Neji could have reached kage level if he focused on learning an element or two.

EDIT:

Only lee can't use ninjutsu.

Ten ten is the only one that uses ninjutsu I believe.
But mostly Team guy Specializes in Taijutsu and close combat I believe.
