[Discussion] Can someone break down for me demon plans power system

From what I can understand so far the demon plan box grants people with pure desires with types of powers

But it seems these powers are some Devils possessing them feeding on their desires

I'm assuming that demon thing that holds the box is collecting these chosen ones for a certain goal of his
