You cant compare something that never happen.

About Kaguya. The factor that you need to take into consideration is Kaguya's ability to absorb chakra. Thats mean full effect of TBB couldnt properly distribute.

That was an unstable small one shielded by his KCM cloak. An actual tbb is multiple times that size and density.

Byakugou Sakura forgot to breathe, Naruto shadow clones never did.
Sakura would be dead in a second had Kaguya focused on her. Naruto should've dropped her in the Lava in the lava dimension and let her keep healing herself while Naruto fought Kaguya.

Its ridiculous you draw a conclusion without detail. I can say Kaguya could be getting an Injury (a minor injury) where she can healed it faster than her arm damage.
And damaging her horn is nothing to brag about. It classified as minor damage only.

Yes, because her regeneration isn't instant , only tsunades and sakuras is , when gai attacked madara you could see him slowly reforming, and it took like 2 chapters for kaguya to regrow her arm

You compare different situations and wrongly draw a conclusion. Does Tsunade or Sakura ever grow back a lost limb? No. never
They only received a deep wound and it easy to healed back compare to growing a new limb. Proof = Tsunade couldnt regenerate back her lower part easily after she get wreck by Edo Madara.

Why would she when she choose to heal the other kage with her remaining little chakra left, she didn't have much to begin with,
And Katsuyu would've easily glued her back together, that wound was easily heal via basic medical ninjutsu

"Her remaining little cakra" it still unquantifiable unless you get the idea of how much left inside her and how much it need for regenerating lost limb. The answer is she couldnt heal lost limb faster.
If she can regenerate a lost limb where I doubt.
Byakugou healing potential got compare to Hashirama's healing capability.
But Madara couldnt regenerate his lost arm even though having Hashirama's healing power.
