Was talking about the dude you "quoted" a Sharingan user can distinguish a person due to that chakra color. Same as a Byakugan user. But if that person have a form(Naruto bee etc) then the signature changes which was why Neji didn't know it was Naruto who saved them(Kiba too)

I know but what when person has chakra traits of someone else.That was meant as my question.
For example Kaguya / Ao with their Byakugan could see chakra traits of Indra ,Ashura / Shisui inside Naruto ,Sasuke / Danzo.
Yet Kakashi who actually saw Obito with Sharingan before cave collapsed could´t see / recognise chakra traits from Obito later in the war.
Kaguya saw the chakra clinging to Naruto and Sasuke kinda different than everything else. Then she saw the chakra in their seals(Hagoromo's chakra)
Ao knew of Shisui's chakra color because he fought him before so he knew what his chakra color was.
Kakashi could have still have been getting use to the transplant unless Obito was intangible(half of his body didn't get crushed)
If a Byakugan or anyone saw Kabuto with all those other chakra signatures no one could or would be able to tell who he was as seen with Karin probably the best sensor in Naruto.

Hinata was seeing through Shino's insects just fine until S/T was used. Something no one in the manga can track. Shino even goes on to explain this.

Sasuke said that his eyes see chakra as different colors, meaning that he can differentiate them based on who's chakra it is.
Also, to address the whole Kakashi thing, Obito doesn't have a signature chakra color. Obito's chakra color is blue, as seen with his Susano'o. It would take an extremely skilled sensor like Karin, to point Obito out in a room. His chakra cannot be distinguished that easily due to it's blue color.

Reason? The bugs were feeding on his Chakra, filling them with the same colour as Obito's. If she can see in multi-colour specturm like you claim, then she should have easily spotted the different colour specturm moving into the stump. It's elementary logic.

Kakashi's Sharingan's usage has always been rather pitiful bar his abuse of copying as evidenced by his lack of focusing on far off objects. I wouldn't take his Sharingan as sort of example here as he has displayed no chakra seeing feats at the level of Itachi and Sasuke who could easily see Kabuto's Senjutsu chakra even.

assumption, and its 1 that I already covered, with taka/oro sensing naruto as an example, despite being non sensors.
The crux here is that byakugan can distinguish chakra signatures as seen with Ao (ao seeing shisui's specifically within danzo) and Kaguya(seeing indra/asura iirc) , however kakashi couldn't recognise obito chakra, despite it being a 50/50 and sasuke couldn't recognize the multitudes of chakra within kabuto (uzumaki/juugo/oro etc) He only knew when kabuto told him. So yeah if a little iffy. There's no real solid evidence that sharingan can pick up on chakra traits and link them to a clan like tobirama did. But at the same time they might be able to pick out a color they've seen b4. Maybe. There's evidence for both really.

I said the following:
Hinata lost track of Obito quicker than Shino because she can't see in a multi-coloured specturm.
Shino sensed Obito's abscence before Hinata did, which is a fact.
Obito can be absolutely sensed when he's phasing through Objects as shown by Fuu.
What seems to be the issue here? Nothing you claimed disputes my arguments in any way.
