Ok? It destroying chakra doesn't change the fact it has to be potent enough to destroy Susanoo. Not strong enough=Susanoo survives.

Kaguya penetrated a Susanoo's hand. I don't care if its Rinnegan powered or not, the hand of a Susanoo is less durable than any full bodied version. Mentioning Kaguya here is completely irrelevant as he is incomparable to Hinata, so stop trying to compare.
