But raikage is far much faster than Hinata and can attack before Sasuke works and lessens the damage(I doubt if Hinata, who isn't as experienced as Raikage will be able to find them in the first place.
And in Danzo's case he had to create that 'gap' using Wind attack which wasn't simple attack but combination of Suction power of Baku and his wind attack.U_U

MS Sasuke Susanoo was ripped out of its layers with simple Fuuton concentration Danzo used. Hinata's concentrated Air Palm repelled Juubi tail which itself tanked a Bijuu Dama. If Sasuke MS Susanoo can't effectively tank simple Fuuton releases how do you expect to tank a Bijuu Dama
