Can Sasuke's Susanoo tank current Hinata gentle fist ?

That actually depends upon Sasuke's usage of Sharingan. It has been seen on multiple occasions that Sasuke can manifest part of the Susano'o, if he does something like that and places it accurately, (since Susano'o is nothing but chakra manifestation), it depends on how much chakra user can provide and hence it will certainly undergo lesser damage.
However though she can't knock him out of susano'o completely as Gentle fist isn't about brute force, but sending pinpoint force.
Hinata isn't as good as Kaguya in usage of Byakugan, neither is gentle fist as powerful as Kaguya's attack, so it won't completely take out Susano'o that's for sure.

She probably could. Kaguya did it with a few needles to a Rennigan powered Susano'O, so a kyuubi powered Hinata should be able to break through an MS powered susano'O

Even though I agree that MS susano'o version isn't as powerful as EMS version, it was still able to tank multiple attacks during Kage summit when Sasuke used part of it(not full version). So yeah it has enough tanking feats. I included Sharingan to counter the Byakugan point put forward by multiple users before me. Sharingan vs Byakugan, can go in favor of Byakugan only if you have good reaction time and comparable speed(Kaguya had both). Hinata lack both the things and hence MS Sasuke can pull out susano'o and focus his chakra in desired direction before Hinata moves at short/mid range, to use gentle fist. Although since you added Kyuubi chakra it is safe to assume that Hinata will be able to cause a damage, but just like I said it won't be enough to push Sasuke out of Susano'o and I will really appreciate if someone shows me a scan saying that Susano'o has chakra points.

scan, where she was able to deflect Juubi arm using Hakke Kushou. Although she was able to do it because Juubi isn't under direct control, unlike Susano'o which user can manifest according to his will to defend himself.

It has weak points that Raikage exploited and Danzo crunched through with simple concentrated Fuuton Release
