Most likely not. Obito's Rinnegan allowed him to use the Outer Path and self-claimed to use Human Path, and he knows the Six Paths techniques because Madara taught him, but Obito couldn't use them because the Rinegan Six Paths require humongous Chakra; just implanting the Rinnegan alone nearly killed him, let alone spamming it.

Sasuke's different, though. It's likely the author intended his Rinnegan to be similar to Kaguya's in ability and design wise, hence why his only powers are only teleportation and Genjutsu, meaning the Six Paths techniques were never something he could use, and the author does show this in the movie and Boruto manga that Sasuke can't use the Six Paths. Some people just can't grasp the fact.

By logic, Tomoe Rinnegan should be better.He even got Rinnegan from Hagoromo him self. Limbo is the same as Amenotejikara (unique technique) for both original wielders of the Rinnegan, and Nagato didnt display anything like that, because he wasnt original owner of the Rinnegan. and yet he was the best user.

Konan and the db has made it clear the six paths are standard abilities that should be available to any Rinnegan user, evidenced by sasuke showing use of deva and preta path. that holds true no matter any retard(and i can see there are many in this thread) opinion on the subject

What about when Momoshiki destroyed Sasuke rib-cage Susano'o? Why didnt he just absorb it back then?
