The only atks that he's been shown to have so far are Planetary Devastation and chakra Absorption. Universal Pull was filler. Nothing suggests that Sasuke can use all the Peins atks.

The Rinnegan Madara created was done with the help of Hashirama's Cells as well as Ashura and Indura's chakra, while Sasuke got his from Hagomoro. I don't see Hagomoro giving Sasuke all of the Peins abilities regardless of the circumstances, but that's just my perspective.

Madara didn't even know how Sasuke's worked until he showed it to him, so that should tell you something as well.

Yes, he can and he has even used some of the abilities. Mostly Chibaku Tensei which he has used a lot. Anyone with a Rinnegan can use the Six Paths abilities.

He can't. It's simple as that. Why didn't he use Preta Path to cancel Momoshiki's Preta Path? Why didn't he use Asura Path or Naraka Path to regenerate his arm? Because he can't. Sasuke's Rinnegan power is his teleportation and amplified Sharingan. That's all there is to it.

But in regards to the Rinnegan Six Paths, Sasuke cannot and will never use it and any other suggestions that he could use fan-made and not canon.

The Six Paths can only be used by Hagoromo, Madara and Nagato; Obito can by knowledge but doesn't have the Chakra requirement.

Anyone with a Rinnegan can use the Six Paths. Sasuke has even used some of the abilities like Chibaku Tensei. The only requirement to use the Six Path abilities is to have a Rinnegan.
