Can Sasuke break tsukuyomi?

when he fought itachi as a young adult he had to use the chakra of the curse mark to intercept and break tsukyomi but sasuke already broke it as a kid so he probably can break it, unless itachi went easy on sasuke when he was a little kid

i read the thread but this was a waste.

itachi didnt let sauske break it, sasuke broke it out with his prowess with the sharingan, as itachi stated to kakashi that only someone with his bloodline can resist it, and kakashi said sauske. next up itachi was very shockfull when he seen sauske break it.
