But once again the curse mark works by feeding off the users chakra and giving them Oro's senjutsu chakra (because they get the finished product they undergo visible transformations not unlike sage mode. The curse seal is like a pseudo sage mode (not on par with Perfect sage ofc) since all they get is the power boost and durability boost, but they miss out on sensing and absorbing NE. The curse seal was made from Juugo's cells since his KKG was constantly absorbing NE, than enzymes in his body make him undergo

I'm not saying he can't absorb Senjutsu attacks with Preta path. It's clearly possible since Nagato Pain did it. Just that repeated absorption puts him at risk of turning to stone from absorbing too much.

Also that he can't you know absorb NE on his own like
Naruto, Kabuto, Hashirama, Minato etc

Ok, whatever. I do agrre he can't absorb without risk and can't absorb it on his own. I disagree on the workings of the curse mark, but that's not something that can be proven. There are several logical explanations, but you can't definitively prove that your explanation is right nor I mine.

Ah, ok. I just disagree with how you think it works. I got the impression it was enzymes from Jugo Orochimaru modified with his chakra to make them more manageable. The enzyme absorbs natural energy, Orochimaru's chakra keeps it from getting out of hand, and the bearer controls the amount of NE (in a crude fashion) to do a partial or complete transformation. So, they still handle natural energy, but the curse mark acts as a nozzle and makes it easier for them to turn it into senjutsu chakra.
