I think Kakashi would win; however, i think i understand where the thread creator is coming from on this one. What if Sakura used her medicinal knowledge and created several poisons. Poison gas to disperse in air, and poison liquid to tip kunai. If she givers herself the antidote she would be a formidable opponent. Think about how hard it would be to 100% avoid smoke-bombs and a myriad of thrown kunai. I really don't think he was trolling on this one. Not a lot of people give Sakura enough credit for medicinal knowledge.

true. medical knowledge should help her but for some reason she doesn't really use that knowledge unless she is healing. unlike Kabuto who uses it to attack and heal [if you call what he was doing for Orochimaru healing (lol that was a knee slapper)]
