As far as all of the people talking about Kikashi's kamui being the be all end all, we have never seen him use it 100% successfully on an evading target. so i doubt it would be an instant kill against somebody as good at evading as Sakura.

Still, i say again, based on all his jutsu, Kakashi should win

well Kakshi is strong and he has the Sharingan but i would not under estimate him that is for sure but i would not under estimate Sakura either she was taught by one of the legendary Sanin i reckon it would be a close pratice match who knows who would win i reckon Sakura could defeat him tho

i've just noticed that tsukuyomi isn't as powerful genjutsu as hyped because when itachi
used shackling stakes genjutsu it was defenetly tsukuyomi based because when ever itachi use stukuyomi it's always the same elements world of red and black red sky everything else black shackling stakes black stakes red sky and orochimaru could still move and i dont think ordinary genjutsu would work against him.
