Can Rock Lee use a Summoning Jutsu?

Does his inability to mold Chakra prohibit him from using a Summoning Jutsu

It seems more of a Pact than an actual jutsu . . . but . . . thought I would ask

If you ever watched Naruto you'd know that Taijutsu is Lee's only Ninja weapon. He can't use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

Rock Lee can only use Taijutsu, though I guess he can in a sense...He summons the strength to utilize th 8 gates techniques with chakra so yeah in a sense, but that is as far as it goes.

- In order to mold chakra, you must make hand signs.
- Summoning Jutsus use hand seals
- Rock Lee can't mold chakra

Conclusion: Rock Lee can't use Kuchiyose no Jutsu.

EVEN though we haven't seen do but if his sensei gai can , he can summoning does not take talent it's more of a contract jutsu btw the animal and the ninja so the answer is YES.

Nope sir, Rock Lee isn't able to "mold chakra". He can lightly control the flow to walk over water or going up into trees, but molding chakra is what you do when you make seals to give form and properties to chakra.

The Summoning does not seem to have hand signs as much as Cut yourself . . . use the blood
and boom someone shows up .. .the more chakra you put into it .. . the bigger the someone

That's not true. The people that doesn't make handsigns are only people that have a mastery over their jutsus.

But Lee can't even do the basics in the process of molding chakra. How do you expect he can reach mastery over a summoning?

Example: Normal State Naruto need to use blood and make handsign to summon toads. Kurama Chakra Mode Naruto didn't use handsigns to defeat the Titan Zetsu. Reason: Naruto in his KCM has mastery over chakra molding and he is already an expert in chakra control.
