Can Rinnengan Sasuke absorb Natural energy?

Juugo fused his flesh with Sasuke's body when he was mortally wounded in his fight with Bee. And his flesh would obviously have DNA.

Must have been a specific jutsu, or a different process from whatever Kabuto/Madara did to themselves with their own DNA experiments. You would think that if Sasuke actually did get Jugo's kekkei genkai from being healed by his flesh, he'd, you know, demonstrate it at some point. But he never did, as far as I'm aware, unless I'm missing something conclusive.
