Sasuke has two. I doubt he lost the ability to summon hawks because he would have lost the ability to summon hawks he would have already lost the contract with snakes. If anything he can not summon both at the same time.

well I understand the importance of the snake in re-creating the sannin, but the hawk is way more efficient in battle situations, Imo
