If Obito can't see the Limbo clones, he has no way of knowing if it is active or not. Madara can test if Kamui is active by trying to attack Obito and seeing if he passes through it. And ranged Kamui isn't going to get Madara.

Madara already knows how Kamui works from watching Kakashi and Obito use both variants. Obito doesn't know about Limbo.

depends if its obito with his rinnengan before madara takes it. he can always just avoid the whole situation by going to his dimension too and coming back later.

Madara would be able to sense his chakra when he came back.

I figured we were talking about both of them with their eyes. Madara with both Rinnegan and Obito with both MS.

thats true but we saw sasuke's susanoo block IT. now i know he's indra's reincarnation and has chakra from the sage, but he still had a perfect susanoo with wings. which when obito helped kakashi and his ms was transferred for a brief time, his PS also had wings. so its up in the air really. since we never saw the full ability of both. i'm just going to say it would be a good fight

what would be interesting if he faced Obito using susanoo (taking into the assumption that since he gave Kakashi his eye powers, and he manifested susanoo, that he can use it as well) if Madara decided to use his as well. that's something we've never seen. we've seen the kamui shurikens, and we've seen madara's edo tensei PS summon meteor's.
