Can Naruto surpass Minato?

Thank you for having a brain. It annoys the hell out of me when people think Naruto hasn't surpassed Minato just because he isn't as fast.

Naruto still hasn't surpassed Minato yet but he is very close.

He hasnt yet minato is faster,smarter and has space time techs and was stated as the strongest of all the hokages + he kicked madaras ass so not yet but seeing as the shows called naruto.

If you are talking intelligence in daily life then yes, Naruto is stupid. But hes actually very clever during fights, he always was.

e.g Completed and Made several variations of Rasengan!!!

But he still has a lot to learn when it comes to Strategizing in Battles?
e.g He has already fought Nagato,he even mentioned the Absorbing Chakra Path
Yet seconds later he trys leveling Nagato with a Rasengan and it gets absorbed!
