However its full size along with its arms is roughly 1km or 1.5km which is enormous but the meteor is a lot bigger than that.

No they cant. The meteor is more than 5x times bigger than Shinsuusenju which 12 TBB(100%Kurama) + PS blades have failed to destroy.

They could possibly destroy 1 if they have enough time to charge big attack taken consideration of the falling speed of meteor, but once the second one is dropped, the young rivals opportunity to live is at despair.

OT: Naruto could probably destroy it with BSM TBB Barrage. Considering it's completely dwarfed by Shinsusenju(Meteors are smaller than PS)(Shots Fired). Sasuke can probably destroy it if he doesn't die of exhaustion after two strikes. He was panting after 1 slash with it, even under Naruto's cloak.

Naruto; Yes
Sasuke; Maybe
