Standard Bijudama is enough for Naruto to destroy it. If Sasuke's PS is equal to Madara's then he can also.

im not really sure what the hype with madaras meteor is about. its just a weak move that madara only used once, which was overshadowed by every other technique in madaras arsenal a few chapters later and couldnt even kill onoki at point blank range.
a standard bijudama from any biju destroys the meteor.
the meteor was smaller than PS and every bijudama shown from a full biju in the manga has a blast radius much larger than the body of PS.
