We all know that naruto has rasengans, and rasenshurikens. and speed that rivals minato's ftg ( but never uses it) while raikage is so strong that his strength alone rivals a full 8 tails, not to mention he's got some deadly black lightining attacks, we seen darui use one, and it was powerful, imagine seeing the 3rd raikage use all of his..
anyway, I say Naruto wins. Why? well just think..sure the rasenshuriken that hit the third barely did anything, but remember, that was just a shadow clone who is not even half of naruto's power. would a rasenshuriken from the real deal done damage? Wind is strong against lighting afterall, so it would break through his raiton armor. and if he DOES use his speed, then he can dodge raikage's lighting sword things that cuts, pierces anything. And we all know he will master TBB...so dont even deny it, becasue he "Never gives up." so if he hits raikage with TBB....ya.
