IT shines through despite the victim eyes being closed. BZ controlling him would explain why the tree didnt try to take him but not as to why Obito was able to recover from it.

Unless Bz was disrupting his chakra.

At that point. Obito was already pretty much dead so what little chakra that was left keeping him alive was supplied by BZ. Even BZ said once he detached from Obito's body he'd be dead. So BZ being attached to Obito kept Obito from falling under IT.

OT: Why is this still a debate? Canocally, Naruto hasn't shown any fears of blocking IT. In theory, if he could encase himself with the TSB, then they might shield him from the light of IT (since it is powered by Rikudo chakra like Saauke's Susanoo. But again that is theory and will most likely be just that as the manga is over.

Yes , but Kishimoto says canon .... means that they're canon (no matter what we say ; kishi's words will become canon !)

I see your point. However, that doesn't necessarily mean it isn't possible. Sasuke didn't have some inner knowledge of IT and it's workings. He knew about as much as Naruto did about IT. The reason Sasuke was able to react was because he was up in the air and saw what Madara was doing.

Naruto couldn't see it because of all the debris in the air from his multiple RasenShuriken clashing with that sky full of falling Chibaku Tensei.

It was simply circumstance that Sasuke had an idea of what was going on and quick thinking and reasoning in his part that led to him shielding his team with susanoo(kudos on that part for sauce)

I understand what you are trying to say. But it is t like Naruto doesn't think quick on his feat. Had Sasuke not been there or able to be there, I'm pretty sure Kishi would have played up the TSB shielding him and the others.

Yes, IT is light but that doesn't mean it can penetrate the TSB. Of course it also doesn't mean it can't either. Point being just because Naruto doesn't have a Rinnegan doesn't mean he has no way of knowing when IT ends. He could simply sense what is happening outside via comrades the Edo Kage etc. or a shadow clone perhaps (we know they are effective against genjutsu if you take the events of the Kakashi VS Itachi fight at the beginning of part 2) when he gets an inclining that the light is gone he could release his TSB shield.

Again all this is and ever will be is theory unless proven otherwise. But as it stands, we know of no counter Naruto has for IT.

Six paths sage mode doesn't block the light it just doesn't allow him to be controlled by it maybe? and so if sasuke went outside of his susanoo he would've been caught? Im confused now, or TSB
