Can Nagato use Chakra Chains?

We've seen two full blooded Uzamki (Karin and Minato's wife) use this jutsu and the only other full blooded Uzamaki alive was Nagato. Can't we assume this is their clans basic jutsu? Karin surely isn't the most skilled and was able to use this jutsu. This should be likei all uchiha being able to use genjutsu.

that isnt the case, what we knw is full blooded uzumaki's can use it and nagato is full blooded uzumaki but nagato mastered all 5 chakra natures when he was 10 but has never used any other ninjutsu outside of the 6 paths, it the same thing for minato, its obvious a chakra master like minato should/could be able to use a lot of jutsu but he chooses to use rasengan and ftg because they are more versatile and posses less counters....

Maybe he can use it maybe he cannot, maybe only female of the uzumaki clan can use it, no one knows and we will never know for sure whether or not nagato can use the chains or not.

sensing isnt a trait of uzumaki's...only nagato cans sense and naruto who does it with negative emotions and natural sensing via kyuubi and sage mode, and nagato is the only one that does it naturally...
