Can Nagato use Chakra Chains?

Um, we have evidence that he can use Katon, so that's a moot point right there. Every Uchiha needs to learn Fireball Jutsu as a rite of passage. There is no evidence that Nagato has the ability to manifest the chakra chains. You only have proof that he has the potential to be able to do so.

What evidence? Other than it being a uchiha tradition? Or should I say only male uchiha have this ability since we've never seen a female uchiha use it before. Potential is enough for me to ask a question and more importantly consider in debates.

nope since minato's is the same as tobirama's sensing ability which they both have to knead chakra and is an ability they acquire, your assuming kushina had it naturally because nagato and karin despite kushina never showing or even being hinted at to have sensing abilities, if she had it and its part of the uzumaki clans hereditary traits then she should be able to naturally do it too just like nagato and karin but she couldnt sense or didnt show to be able to sense in the most dire moment of her life and her husbands life and the life of her child so u are wrong, i do believe nagato could use the chains but i reply to all that is wrong no matter what it is or how minuscule it is...

Then ofcouse he can,It was stated that every Uchiha can use fire style and Shisui was one of the most blessed Uchiha's on top of that he was an ANBU.why can't he use it? Unlike Nagato we have no reason to say that he can't.If Shisui is an Uchiha but still no a shinobi then we can say that he can't use them as we have a reason to support that claim.
