nagato came to his senses after getting stabbed, he never wanted to fight in the first place
saying he didn't use ninjutsu cuz he was not able to use ninjutsu, might not be the right here.
just saying on the basis of oro being able to use some jutsu.
any way my main point - you cannot assure the victory of one particular jutsu in the manga, based on some random facts
cuz if the fight happens you can be proven otherwise and would be surprise to see the outcome.
just like nagato losing to itachi was a big surprise for me

there is no proof that that little snake that tried to escape was oro. so dont nitpick about proof you want to use. so there is no proof that you can or can't use any ninjustsu. anyway i also want to point out that even though oro couldnt use ninjustu when hhe was under the effects of a reaper death seal, he could use chakra. this was proven when he levitated kusanagi to stab hiruzen. so it is possible that this is the same for totsuga blade. its also just as possible that you could use any ninjutsu you want when stabbed by totsuka. we may never know.

^^This, I don't understand why he can't because it's impossible to hold Minato due to his FTG. Put Orochimaru or Nagato's position when Minato was about to sucked up by Obito in his Kamui dimension, I doubt if they can escaped it also.

He can't teleport from the reaper seal because he is using his body as self-sacrifice. If he got out of it (if possible) then the seal will not work. If someone else is using the reaper seal on Minato, I'm sure Minato can teleport out. Proof is Oro, he got out from the reaper seal when the third tried to seal him.

I'd say Yes. He can teleport out of the... suction of the sealing. But would it matter? no. The seal will just try to seal him from the different location.
