Can Minato Teleport Out of Being Sucked In By the Totsuka Blade?

I think so. As we have seen from Nagato and Orochimaru, the sealing isn't instantaneous. Oro also shows it doesn't hinder free will and movement. He definitely can.

No because the totsuka is a magical weapon it's power isn't sucking someone in the gorde its power is once hit by it somehow through magical means the sword acts as a spell but I'm not sure if he can't teleport out of it but the more I type about it the more I think it's possible because its not like it just takes your soul it takes the whole person and places them in a genjutsu world so maybe t is possible and i doubt he could be hit by that anyway....

but if he does let's say he can't escape it since it's genjutsu sword, plus seals the soul

Probably this. Orochimaru also noted when his soul was being taken by the rds that he couldn't perform ninjustu, with this thought it's logical to assume that once your soul begins to be sealed, ninjutsu or any other such techniques are impossible.

U said if he gets in he can't get out but if he gets hit and the process starts he can ftg??? If minato could the your wrong for the latter portion of your answer because ftg works both ways regardless if he's in or being put in because minato has ftg kunai all over the battlefield whenever he has been shown fighting and he has thrown them pretty fast as he was able to take on out the pouch on his waist and then throw it while A's fist is centimeters away so just by your way of answering the question minato could and if he is in the world oro is a living testament that u have freedom and self awareness in the genjutsu world so minato could teleport back t his ftg tagged kunai where it s on the battlefield if such a thing is possible... Which that's what the op is asking a question that cannot e answered by us
