It depends. Is FTG allowed?
Because Minato is fast, but he's no superhuman. There's a reason there are no guns in Naruto, bullets are too fast to react.
If it is a surprise attack, then I have my doubts if he would even have reaction time to teleport.

Be sure to kill him in the first shot, though. You will be dead if you don't.

A bullet can travel easily faster than 333 meters a second. No problem. That's faster than sound. No way he could react to sound. it's faster than the human eye can detect. No dodging there. He isn't the One.

no, unless he had the sharingan, or knowledge of what a gun is and how it works, and even then, if he got shot without knowing he was a target, he has the speed to dodge, but thats if he even knew he was been targeted,

depends on the range....based off what we have seen of him so far, it is very likely. I mean he was able to think and react to a naruto suicide baby, and tele to a house, and pull the bomb of naruto, and roll out before it blew up, escapeing mostly unhurt. those bombs dont take longer than 2 secs to blow. He dodged A max speed.

And likely he would notice the second that the shooter pulled the trigger, and would tele in time....but if it is point blank, probably not.
