A bullet can travel easily faster than 333 meters a second. No problem. That's faster than sound. No way he could react to sound. it's faster than the human eye can detect. No dodging there. He isn't the One.

Its not faster than the human eye can detect, but because of its small size, it would be very difficult to see.

distance plays a huge factor in being able to see a bullet.
