Can Manga be "slightly" Different than Anime

It seems that it is a silly question at the beginning, but what about Guren and the three tailed arc was it available at Manga if yes please specify the Chapter.

You have it the other way around. Manga came first and then they use it to make the anime...and then put in fillers. But yes they generally have the same basics but sometimes things do vary.

Yeah the manga is the source material. There's your flat out filler like the Sora arc and then theirs your filler cannon, which is just a few moments or dialogue to extend a cannon scene a little bit more like the Temari vs Tenten fight.

sometimes more info are placed in mangas coz its like the script of the anime
but if the manga ep/chap is too short, more details are placed in the anime instead
so i just suggest that u read/watch both anime n manga to find out (-_-" i knw, im lame.

hmmm yeah sometimes anime cut out some scene from that manga, really sucked! There was this scene where Konohamaru was teasing sakura about her being perverted as well and made a sexy jutsu with Sai and Sasuke almost naked and about to kiss each other. I thought that was very funny, but it did not show up on anime....I guess they didn't want to show some shounen-ai/yaoi on anime...still sucked!...
