Although this may be true, why have we not seen Sasuke perform Tsukiyomi atleast once? The genjutsu used against Bee wasn't proven to be Tsukiyomi.

I don't think that was the case. Itachi only gave Sasuke the ability to use Amaterasu once when he first saw Tobi (and that's when Sasuke's eye looked like Itachi's), but then Sasuke awakened the ability own his own when he awakened his own MS

So yeah, Itachi didn't really give Sasuke Amaterasu outside of that one time, Sasuke awakened it on his own.

Itachi says that Susano'o awoke in his eyes along with Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu. That does not mean Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu are required in order to achieve the Susano'o, nor did Itachi state thus.
