Sharingans hAve diferent prowess itachi and sasuke owns amaterasu shisuii owns kotoamatsukami.and obito owns kamui/dematerialize but madara attriibute hasn't been shown even when it ωαѕ stated that madara knws all тнє jutsu and ωαѕ considered as a god of shinobi уєт his sharingan cnt use amaterasu or kotoamatsukami or even kamui/dematerializing

Its been stated in the manga that he and sasuke have the straight tomoe and madara knows all aspects and techniques of the ms, so yes he can use amaterasu
