Can Konohamaru make rasenshuriken or something better related to Rasengan

Personally I thought Boruto is going to be the one with both Lightening and Rasengan shinobi after Kakashi but it's Konohamaru now the hype is real Konohamaru still wants to become Hokage and he could be on that level.
I think if he could make Rasengan,he should have Jutsu's like Rasenshuriken or something else related to better rasengan.

I mean it makes perfect sense cause he could make a Rasengan at age 12 or 13 he should be able to do something else with it just think about it dude knows all 4 Chakra natures,can do summoning,have giant Rasengan don't you think it would be stupid if he atleast dosen't know how to make rasenshuriken.

Why're people saying no? The reasons Naruto was able to add wind nature to the Rasengan to form the Rasenshuriken was because:
1. He could us the tajuu kage bunshin to increase learning rate
2. He had enough chakra (proven by the amount of kage bunshins he could make)
3. He had the guts to not give up (AKA PNJ)
4. He had someone smart to coach him (Kakashi)

Konohamaru has all first 3. He doesn't have as much chakra as naruto but he's been shown to have more than most shinobi. His ability to also perform the tajuu kage bunshin is proof.

Konohamaru is also smarter than naruto. He took down one path of pain with a carefully planned out tactic as a 12 yo gennin. Also Naruto had more coaching in learning the rasengan from jiraiya than konohamaru did from naruto. Naruto's explanations were vague and Konohamaru had to figure most of it himself. This makes him a better self taught individual.

With the right tutelage I don't see why Konohamaru won't be able to advance the Rasengan also. Odds are that he was probably taught by Naruto, or he spent his own time like kakashi trying to develop it himself.
