Yes. If you're attacked, raped, whatever, it's free game. I also believe prisons are a waste and some people should just be killed off. It's a bit aggressive to some people, but it's a waste of money and time since some people never change. An alternative way is to make prisons more about reformation and try to truly help people. I'm for either, but I believe killing is justified when it comes to self defense. It's kill or be killed. Taking some down without killing is a good alternative too, but whatever happens in the moment happens and it's okay because your life was in danger.

Can it lets discus this topic. I would say it depends mostly on youre view of justice. But I think the most important thing to consider on this topic is if killing will really solve anything.
So I'll ask the first question can you honestly say that killing solves anything?

If you kill out of self defense you save your life, thats if you want to save your life.

IF you kill for capital punishment, you are creating an example for other criminals and also serving justice for whoever was harmed by the criminal.

Well, I'd never get into that situation to begin with, but if so, considering I'm very weak, I'd run away. I can't win a fight. If it was just a fight, I'd try to choke them out or something. I'd loose. My goal would be to just try to diffuse the fight as fast as possible. Someone dying over a fight is as stupid as a fight itself.
