Actually, unless the manga proves me wrong i am going to theorize that an ems gives the user space-time abilities......this is what madara(the only one to posses ems and fight so far) has so it is possible. The level of genjutsu is probably the same as a normal ms, minus the negative side-effects. So, Bee's problem would'nt be genjutsu in a fight against sasuke but teleportation, intangibility or something along those lines.

thats probably whats EMS genjutsu is like-same thing but no harm done to the user. the idea that EMS allows space time also is good to but i thik Madara's reason for using space time comes has something to do with how he lived the fight with the 1st. like Yamato asked him "are you a ghost?"
