can kabuto use gedo mazo

if tobi controls it with his rinnegan then madara should be able to and if kabuto controls madara then he can control gedo mazo.? also why is madara not controling it and can two people control it at the same time?

i know that is a lot of questions but i am curious anyone know the answers?

No i dont think he can use gedo

No two people cant use it at the same time

Madara isnt controlling it, because tobi is currently using it at war

I believe only people with Dojutsu Rinnegan can use Gedo Mazou (i think)

So far we have only seen Nagato and Tobi using Gedo mazo but surely Madara can also use it and Kabuto cannot because he does not have the Rinnegan.
