Like said above, he can dodge it. Though tanking is a different story, FRS takes its toll on a cellular level (I believe).

Assuming we're talking about the Rasenshuriken, I think Kabuto can tank it as long as it doesn't expand to a size larger than himself.

I'd expect Kabuto would rather avoid it.

If it hits, then it'll either rip him apart at a cellular level faster than he can heal, or he'll constantly regenerate throughout the duration of the attack.
Personally, I think he's screwed if he lets it touch him, regardless of his regeneration or medical skill.

I would think not. The damaging components of Rasenshuriken are shown to be much smaller than individual cells and extremely rapid. It seems likely that this would damage Kabuto's DNA and therefore his ability to regenerate. Edo Madara had a range of answers, he chose Preta Path for a reason.

I can simply put your question to another question, why would he want to tank anything? I dont think any shinobi no matter how strong they are wants to tank anything unnecessary and they should dodge or avoid it.

Sure he can. He possesses Suigetsus and Mangetsus liquidity and Orochimarus rebirth ability. He is well protected against physical damage.
